In order to view specific campaign details you need to:

  1. Go to "Reengagement" section.
  2. Select "Campaigns" tab.
  3. Select campaign from a list you want to get details for.
  4. Controls of a campaign:
    1. Campaign name.
    2. Campaign message.
    3. Processed/failed count:
      • Processed - a number of users received a message.
      • Failed - a number of messages failed to send.
    4. Date when a campaign is scheduled to be sent.
    5. Date when all messages were sent to users.
    6. Campaign creation date.
