Messaging response templates allows you to create a custom messaging experience using controls like audios, files, images, videos, buttons, texts, quick replies, lists, carousels.

  1. To view all of your messaging response templates navigate to "Response templates" section.
  2. Select "Response templates" tab.
  3. Controls of a messaging response templates list:
    1. Quick search input used to filter templates.
    2. Button to create a new messaging response template.
    3. List item title.
    4. Date of the last update.
    5. Indicator if a template is used as "Get Started" template. When it is set it will be used as "Get Started" response after button click.
    6. Button to delete template.
    7. Button to overview/edit template.
