To get approved to "manage_pages" permission please complete notes in Facebook developer console.

Details to be filled in textarea:

1. Go to https://app.rubo.io
2. Login with credentials, email: {your emails}, password: {your password}
3. Click username in top navigation bar
4. Select “Connected FB accounts”
5. Click on “Connect new Facebook account”
6. Select “{your application}” application.

After filling all details click Save button.
