- Go to "Responses" section.
- Select "Messaging" tab.
- Click on "Add new response" button.
- Fill in new response title and check default state of response. Title will be used to identify your responses. State will define if response should be checked for matching or not. After filling all details click on "Save" button.
- Configure response as described in "Configure response" step.
