In order to configure messaging response you have to create new response or edit existing one.

  1. Title of response.
  2. Date of last update.
  3. State of response. Active / inactive. If active - will be used for matching incoming messages, otherwise it will be skipped during matching.
  4. Default state indicator. If set as default it will be used when no other responses are matched.
  5. Delete response button.
  6. Step configuration area.
  7. Incoming message matcher type (all type descriptions).
  8. Area of matcher configuration.
  9. Area of response configuration (simple message or predefined response template).
  10. Button to add additional text response to be sent.
  11. Button to add additional predefined response to be sent.
  12. Button to add additional step.
