File template allows you to send files by uploading them or sharing a URL.

Configuration

In order to configure file response:

  1. Go to "Response template configuration" step.
  2. Select "File" button from a components list.

File from upload

  1. Select "Upload" in a form.
  2. Fill in required details:
    1. Select file.
  3. Hit "Save" button.

File from URL

  1. Select "URL" in a form.
  2. Fill in required details:
    1. Add URL of direct file.
  3. Hit "Save" button.
