Use the buttons template to send a text and buttons attachment to request input from the user. The buttons can open a URL, trigger phone call, or trigger other templates.

Configuration

In order to configure buttons response:

1. Go to "Response template configuration" step.
2. Select "Buttons" button from a components list.
3. Fill in required details:
   1. Text to be sent.
4. Hit "Save" button.

Adding buttons

After adding buttons block with a text you must add at least one button.

To add a button click on one of the buttons marked from 1 to 4.

1. Link button.
2. Phone call button.
3. Template trigger button.
4. Facebook login button.
